Jen was super frustrated that she’d worked so hard in a recent challenge to lose weight only to fall back into old patterns again.
Let’s face it, life’s busy and stressful and tasty convenience food is everywhere. You go on a diet trying to eat as little as possible, but inevitably you find yourself hours away from your last meal, starving hungry and only the servo as an option. You’re not going to choose the apple are you?
If we don’t know the nutrients we need to eat most often and we aren’t prepared, studies show that we will simply eat the closest thing to hand.
Jen had never learned what her body needed. She had never learned how to create her own blueprint for success. What should she eat? How often? How much? How to create great meals that the family enjoy but also take care of herself.
Jen reached the point where she said ‘enough is enough’. She put her hand up for some guidance and help.
Jen followed through with her good intentions. She lost 10kg across 6 months and won the transformation of the Year 2021!
This year she’s back working hard again to cement her good habits and see what another year of consistent work delivers. Watch this space!
Jen turned 40 this year and felt utterly fabulous as she celebrated with her family and friends. Well done Jen!
