By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.
For me, food planning and preparation each week is key to my success. It’s how I stay on track and it helps –
– reduce stress
– lower the chance of my going off track and snacking
– saves cooking and cleaning time every day
– my family eat lots of delicious variety
– gives me more spare time
– increases my results
– saves money
– stops a lot of worry about my health
I also don’t take any medications and visit the doctor rarely because I’m investing in my health.
It was challenging when I started but it’s one of my cornerstone habits.
